Our Story

All Trades Hub began with a simple belief shared by two young men: people deserve to feel safe, respected and confident when inviting tradespeople into their homes.

Growing up, we watched our grandparents and many of their friends struggle to find honest and reliable tradespeople. Too often, they were overcharged, let down by poor workmanship or taken advantage of simply because they did not know who they could trust.

Watching people we cared about go through these experiences stayed with us.

We knew there had to be a better way.

All Trades Hub was created from a genuine desire to help people and bring honesty, reliability and care back into the trade industry. We wanted to build a business where homeowners, landlords and businesses could access trusted trades without the uncertainty, confusion and stress that can come with organising repairs, maintenance and improvements.

We also saw how difficult it could be to coordinate multiple contractors, chase quotes, manage different schedules and keep a project moving. What should have been a straightforward job could quickly become overwhelming, time-consuming and frustrating.

Meet The Founders

Alex

I have always enjoyed working with my hands and seeing a project come together from beginning to end. Growing up, I spent a lot of time helping my father with property development and renovations. That experience gave me an early understanding of the work, planning and trust involved in looking after someone’s home or property. Over the years, I gained hands-on experience in landscaping, excavation, renovating and painting. Each area taught me something different, but they all showed me how important reliability, communication and quality workmanship are.

Along the way, my friend Jacob and I began to notice a gap in the industry. Too many people struggled to find trades they could genuinely trust, while many skilled and hardworking tradespeople found it difficult to connect with the right clients.

We both wanted to create something of our own and build the type of business we believed was missing.

That idea became All Trades Hub.

Together, Jacob and I are building a business based on honesty, reliability, strong relationships and genuine care for the people we work with. We want to make the process of finding and managing trades easier, more personal and far less stressful.For us, it is important that every client feels listened to, respected and confident that their job is being handled properly from the first conversation through to completion.

We take pride in being approachable, communicating clearly and doing what we say we will do. Our goal is to build lasting relationships, support quality tradespeople and create a trusted name that people can confidently recommend to their family and friends.

Jacob

As a qualified electrician with years of hands-on experience, Jacob has built his career around doing things properly, treating people with respect and taking genuine pride in every job he completes.

Having worked across a wide range of residential and commercial projects, he understands that inviting a tradesperson into your home or business requires trust. For Jacob, it is never simply about completing the electrical work. It is about listening carefully, communicating honestly and ensuring every client feels comfortable and confident throughout the process.

He brings strong technical knowledge, practical problem-solving skills and a genuine commitment to safety, quality and attention to detail. Jacob believes every project, no matter how large or small, deserves the same level of care and professionalism.

He takes pride in delivering work that is reliable, efficient and completed to the highest standard. Most importantly, he wants every client to feel reassured knowing their job has been completed properly, safely and with genuine care.

For me, All Trades Hub is an opportunity to build something meaningful alongside my friend Alex. We wanted to create a business built on trust, honesty and genuine relationships—a business where people feel listened to, respected and confident in the tradespeople working in their homes or businesses. I am proud to be building something that reflects the values we believe in and provides the dependable, caring service every client deserves.
